Regulation 121

The liquidator of a VCC or sub‑fund who is appointed as liquidator of the VCC or sub‑fund by the Court or by the direction of the Court, and who intends to resign his or her office, must give 2 months’ written notice of his or her resignation to the Court (in addition to those persons mentioned in regulation 55 of the Court‑Ordered Winding Up Regulations or regulation 46 of the Voluntary Winding Up Regulations, whichever is applicable).
