Powers of Court
Where any action, cause or matter pending, brought or continued by or against —
(a)
a VCC against which a winding up order has been made; or
(b)
an umbrella VCC in respect of its sub‑fund against which a winding up order has been made, is transferred under rule 122,the Judge may determine and deal with any application, matter or proceeding which, if the action, cause or matter had not been transferred, would have been determined in chambers.
