Regulation 122
Judge may order transfer of pending actions
Where an order has been made for the winding up of a VCC or sub‑fund, the Judge has the power to order the transfer to him or her of any action, cause or matter pending, brought or continued by or against the VCC or the umbrella VCC in respect of the sub‑fund.
