Application to dispense with service of copy of notice of disclaimer
Where a liquidator disclaiming onerous property under section 230 of the IRDA is required by regulation 21(1) of the Court‑Ordered Winding Up Regulations or regulation 37(1) of the Voluntary Winding Up Regulations to serve a copy of the notice of disclaimer on any person, the liquidator may apply to the Court for an order dispensing with such service.
