Regulation 145
Subregulation 1
The notes of the depositions of a person examined under section 244(4) of the IRDA —
(a)
must be filed; and
(b)
may be open to the inspection of any person upon request by that person.
Subregulation 2
The Court may from time to time give any general or special direction that it thinks expedient as to the custody and inspection of the notes of depositions mentioned in paragraph (1) and the furnishing of copies of or extracts from those notes.
