Modification of section 107 of Act

In the application of section 205 of the Companies Act 1967 (as applied by section 107 of the Act) to a foreign corporate entity registered as a VCC under Part 12 of the Act, the reference in section 205(1) of the Companies Act 1967 to 3 months after the incorporation of the company is to 3 months after the date of registration of the foreign corporate entity as a VCC.
