Regulation 23
Chemical hygiene plan and facilities
Subregulation 1
A clinical laboratory licensee must implement a chemical hygiene plan that sets out the safety procedures for every chemical used in the provision of the clinical laboratory service.
Subregulation 2
A licensee must keep up-to-date documentation of the policies and processes of the chemical hygiene plan mentioned in paragraph (1) and make such documentation available to every personnel.
