Failure in duties
A holder of an import approval who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with any requirement in regulation 16, 17 or 18 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
