Qualifications of representative of applicant

For the purpose of section 43(2)(f) of the Act, the prescribed qualifications as a representative of an applicant are all of the following:

(a)

the individual is a sole proprietor, or is a director, a partner, a senior officer, an agent, an employee or a member of the applicant;

(b)

the individual has the right to exercise, or actually exercises, significant influence or control over the management of the regulated activity.
