Regulation 5

Requirements for licensee’s application to modify types of EV chargers

For the purpose of section 47(3)(c) of the Act, the following is the prescribed information:

(a)

any information that is relevant to the modification application; and

(b)

the details of any change to —

(i)

any information or document mentioned in regulation 2(1)(a), (b) and (c); or

(ii)

any other additional information or document required by the LTA under section 42(2)(e) of the Act,provided in the licensee’s most recent application for or to renew a licence, as the case may be.
