Offence

Any person who —

(a)

contravenes regulation 24(1), 31, 32, 33, 35(2), 36, 54, 56(2), 63(1), (2) or (3), 67, 68, 69 or 70; or

(b)

contravenes any direction or notice of the Authority issued under regulation 74,shall be guilty of an offence.
