Application of Telecom Competition Code

No approval, consent, licence or authorisation given by the Authority pursuant to these Regulations shall be taken as specifically authorising or approving any act or thing for the purposes of the Code of Practice for Competition in the provision of Telecommunication Services issued by the Authority under section 26(1) of the Act, as may be amended from time to time.
