Section 8
Any public officer, appointed by the Minister for the purpose, has power to enter any approved institution for the purpose of ensuring that the provisions of this Act, and any regulations made under this Act, are being complied with and may examine and make copies of or take extracts from any records or documents connected with any treatment to terminate pregnancy.
