Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control (Specified Premises) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 May 2026.
Specified premises
The premises specified in the Schedule are each specified premises for the purposes of Part 3B of the Act.

SPECIFIED PREMISES
1. Any discotheque, pub, bar, lounge or night club in any building or place.
