Amendment of section 30
In the TCASA, in section 30 —
(a)
renumber the section as subsection (1) of that section; and
(b)
after subsection (1), insert —“(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to or in relation to any cash seized in exercise of any power conferred by this Act.”.
