In the principal Order, in paragraph 8(3) —
(a)
in sub‑paragraph (a), replace “or any imitation tobacco product” with “, vaporiser or imitation tobacco product”; and
(b)
in sub‑paragraph (b), after “prohibited tobacco products”, insert “or vaporisers”.
