In the principal Order, in paragraph 9(3) —
(a)
in sub‑paragraph (c), replace “or any imitation tobacco product” with “, vaporiser or imitation tobacco product”; and
(b)
in sub‑paragraph (e), after “prohibited tobacco product”, insert “or vaporiser”.
