Section 7

Penalty for giving financial aid to illegal industrial action or lockout

Any person who knowingly expends or applies any money in direct furtherance or support of any illegal industrial action or lockout shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
