3. Transfer of Part of Register of Graduates

the Registrar of the National University of Singapore shall transfer to the Registrar of the Nanyang Technological University —
National University of Singapore
“National University of Singapore” means the National University of Singapore established and incorporated by the National University of Singapore Act;
the Part of the NUS Register of Graduates which, immediately before that date, was known as Part B thereof;
NUS Register of Graduates
“NUS Register of Graduates” means the Register of Graduates maintained in accordance with the provisions of the Fourth Schedule to the National University of Singapore Act.
the register of members of the former Nanyang University which, immediately before that date, was maintained in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Fourth Schedule to the National University of Singapore Act; and
all documents in the possession of the Registrar of the National University of Singapore which relate to the Part of the NUS Register of Graduates and the register of members of the former Nanyang University so transferred; and
the registers or part thereof transferred pursuant to paragraph (a ) shall constitute and form part of the Register of Graduates of the Nanyang Technological University maintained in accordance with section 35 of the Constitution of that University.

“Nanyang Technological University” means the Nanyang Technological University established and incorporated by the Nanyang Technological University Act;
