Ordinary reportable matter — what to report
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 12(2) of the Act, the particulars that must be reported about an aviation occurrence that is an ordinary reportable matter are the particulars in the Second Schedule which are in the possession or control of the responsible person.
Subregulation 2
However, paragraph (1) does not apply to or in relation to any notification given or to be given by an appropriate foreign authority of a Contracting State to the Director according to the laws of that State in relation to an aviation occurrence that is an ordinary reportable matter.
