Coordination between TSIB and Singapore Armed Forces
To avoid doubt, and without limiting section 16(4) of the Act, in any investigation into any marine occurrence involving a Singapore military vessel or a vessel wearing the State Marine Ensign under the authority of the Chief of Navy, the discipline or internal administration of the Singapore Armed Forces are not directly relevant for identifying of factors —
(a)
that contribute, or have contributed, to those marine occurrences; or (b)that improve or affect, or might improve or affect, transport safety.
