Fees

Subregulation 1

The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable in respect of the matters specified opposite in the first column.

The Board may waive or refund the whole or any part of any fee payable or paid under paragraph (1).

Despite paragraph (2), no fee paid is refundable for —

(a)

a licence that is suspended or revoked under section 9 of the Act; or

(b)

a withdrawal of any application or appeal.
