Regulation 7

Cessation of business

Where a licensee ceases to carry on the licensee’s business as a travel agent, the licensee must, within 7 days after the cessation —

(a)

inform the Board in writing of the cessation;

(b)

(if the licensee’s licence is not in electronic form) do either of the following:

(i)

surrender the licensee’s licence to the Board;

(ii)

destroy the licensee’s licence in the manner required by the Board; and

(c)

surrender to the Board or destroy or delete all copies of the licensee’s licence under the control or in the possession of the licensee.
