Licensed trust company not to provide security

Section 25
(1)
Despite the provisions of the Probate and Administration Act 1934, a licensed trust company to which a grant of letters of administration has been made is not required to provide security for the due administration of the estate.
(2)
Despite the provisions of the Probate and Administration Act 1934 or any other written law, a licensed trust company appointed by the court to perform the duties of receiver, guardian, committee or any other office or trust is not required to provide security for the due performance of such duties.
