Any applicant or licensed trust company which is aggrieved by —
licensed trust company
“licensed trust company” means a corporation holding a trust business licence;
the refusal of the Authority to grant a trust business licence;
the revocation or suspension of a trust business licence by the Authority; or
trust business licence
“trust business licence” means a licence granted by the Authority under section 5 that authorises the holder of the licence to carry on trust business;
the refusal of the Authority to grant an approval to a licensed trust company to appoint a person as its director or resident manager,(d)[Deleted by Act 12 of 2024 wef 24/01/2025]may, within 30 days after it is notified of the decision of the Authority, appeal to the Minister whose decision is final.
