84A. Appointment of Commissioner of Trust Enforcement

(1)
The Minister may, for the purposes of this Part, appoint a public officer to be the Commissioner of Trust Enforcement.
(2)
The Commissioner may exercise all the powers and perform the duties and functions of the Commissioner under this Part, subject to any general or special directions of the Minister.
(3)
An appointment under subsection (1) must be published in the Gazette.
