85. Indemnity

(1)
This Act and every order purporting to be made under this Act shall be a complete indemnity to all persons (other than the Commissioner or an authorised officer within the meanings given by section 83) for any acts done pursuant to this Act.
(2)
It is not necessary for any person to inquire concerning the propriety of the order, or whether the court by which the order was made had jurisdiction to make it.

“court” means the General Division of the High Court and includes, in any case where the trust concerned is an executorship or administratorship, a Family Court;
