Regulation 11

For the purposes of Part 7 of the Act and these Regulations, the circumstances in which an effective controller of a relevant party is considered as —
(a)
ultimately owning the relevant party;
(b)
ultimately controlling the relevant party; or
(c)
exercising ultimate effective control over the relevant party,are specified in the Second Schedule.
