Regulation 10

Any trustee of a relevant trust that, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with regulation 3A(1), 4(1), 5(1), 6(1), 7(1) or (2), 8(1), 8A or 9(1) or (4) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $25,000.
