Regulation 2
Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“entity” means —
a sole proprietorship;
a partnership;
a limited partnership;
a limited liability partnership;
a corporation sole;
a company or any other association or body of persons corporate or unincorporated; or
an express trust or other similar arrangement;“identity card” has the same meaning as in section 2(1) of the National Registration Act 1965;“relevant party”, in relation to a relevant trust, means a relevant trust party of the relevant trust.
