22. Authority may make ex-gratia payments
Feedback & supportThe Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, make an ex-gratia payment to a person sustaining damage by reason of the exercise of one or more of the powers vested in the Authority or its employees under and by virtue of this Act.[21
