29. General Manager of Authority
Feedback & supportThe Authority shall, with the approval of the Minister, appoint a General Manager of the Authority on such terms and conditions as the Authority may think fit.
If the General Manager is temporarily absent from Singapore or temporarily incapacitated by illness or for other reasons temporarily unable to perform his duties, another person may be appointed by the Authority with the approval of the Minister to act in the place of the General Manager during such period of absence from duty.[28
General Manager
“General Manager” means the General Manager of the Authority appointed under section 29 and includes a person for the time being performing the functions of the General Manager;
