“urban redevelopment” includes the construction, reconstruction, extension, repair, alteration, change of use, aggregation and subdivision of a building and change of use, aggregation and subdivision of land;
(a)
sue and be sued in its corporate name;
(b)
acquire and dispose of property, both movable and immovable;
(c)
perform any other acts that bodies corporate may by law perform; and
(d)
exercise any other powers that are conferred under or by virtue of this Act.
