28. How fine recovered
Feedback & supportThe manner of payment of a fine imposed under section 16(1)(b) of the Act shall be in the discretion of the disciplinary officer or the Commanding Officer, as the case may be. A disciplinary officer or the Commanding Officer may order a fine to be paid in one lump sum or that it be paid by instalments to be deducted from the accused’s pay.
