12. Penalties
Feedback & supportIf the accused admits the charge or, in any case where he does not admit the charge, if the disciplinary officer, after holding an inquiry into the charge, finds it to be well founded, the disciplinary officer may after considering any mitigation made by the accused, impose on the accused any of the punishments specified in section 16(1) of the Act.
