Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “weighing or measuring equipment” and substituting the words “weighing or measuring instrument”;

(b)

by deleting the word “equipment” and substituting the word “instrument”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “equipment” in the marginal note and substituting the word “instruments”.
