Clause 20

Section 24 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) Where the container or package of any pre-packed goods is broken open under subsection (1), the inspector shall not be under any obligation to re-seal the container or package or pay for the goods, whether on behalf of the Controller or otherwise.”.
