87. Non‑compliance with directions given under section 86(1)

Where an applicant or a respondent fails to comply with any direction of an MEO under section 86(1), the court may draw any adverse inference against the applicant or respondent (as the case may be) that the court thinks fit in the determination of the maintenance enforcement application in question.
