Section 60

An order of compensation is to be enforced by a District Court in the same manner as a judgment of that Court and all necessary process may be served by that Court on behalf of the Commissioner.

Any sale of immovable property for the purposes of the enforcement may only be ordered by the General Division of the High Court.
