When to affix registration mark
For the purposes of section 28G(1)(a) of the Act, the registered responsible person for a registered registrable PMD must affix (at the registered responsible person’s expense) on the registrable PMD the registration mark for that PMD no later than the 14th day after the registration of the PMD, or such longer period as the Authority may allow in any particular case.
