Regulation 27
Identification mark
For the purposes of section 28G(1)(b) of the Act, the identification mark for a registered registrable PMD must show the PMD’s unique registration code —
(a)
as —
(i)
black characters against a yellow background; or
(ii)
white characters against a black background; and
(b)
in the dimensions and layout specified in the Schedule.
