26. Meteorological information

An AOC holder must plan, operate, and control every flight of a large aeroplane using meteorological information provided for aviation purposes.

An AOC holder must assess that every source of the meteorological information mentioned in paragraph (1) is accurate and reliable. (3) An AOC holder must ensure that the use of the meteorological information mentioned in paragraph (1) is appropriate for the purpose of the flight.
