Before the commencement of any flight of a large aeroplane, the AOC holder must ensure that the pilot‑in‑command completes a statement to certify that the requirements of regulation 24 of the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018 have been satisfied.
An AOC holder must ensure that the pilot‑in‑command of a large aeroplane is provided with the information required to comply with paragraph (1).
