Regulation 1

Citation and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations.(2) These Regulations shall not apply to any flight referred to in paragraph 2 of the Air Navigation (Prohibited Flights) Order (O 6).

Subregulation 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations.

Subregulation 2

These Regulations shall not apply to any flight referred to in paragraph 2 of the Air Navigation (Prohibited Flights) Order (O 6).
