Section 64

Issue of permits not to be taken as evidence of title to or interest in land

The issue of an installation permit, an operating permit or a modification permit to any person —

(a)

does not confer on the person; and

(b)

is not to be taken as evidence that the person has,any title or right to, or any interest in, the land on which the amusement ride to which the permit relates has been or is being installed.
