Regulation 13

Any person who contravenes rule 4(1), 6(3), 7, 8(1) or 9(1) or (2) or any directive issued by the Director-General under rule 10(1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
