Regulation 4

No person shall keep or maintain a farm except in accordance with a valid licence issued by the Director-General under rule 5 and in accordance with the conditions, if any, of that licence.

Paragraph (1) does not apply to a farm in respect of which the Director-General has issued a directive under rule 10(2)(b) if the farm is used in accordance with that directive.
