10. Certificates of registration

Every registered architect shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, be entitled to receive a certificate of registration under the hand of the Registrar.

“registered architect” means a person registered as an architect under this Act;
(2)
Every such certificate of registration shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, expire on 31st December of the year in which it is issued and shall thereafter be renewable annually upon payment of the prescribed fee.
(3)
This section shall not apply to a Government architect or an architect in the service of the Housing and Development Board or the Urban Redevelopment Authority registered under this Act.
