13. Appeal against cancellation of registration or suspension
Feedback & supportAny registered architect who is dissatisfied with any order of cancellation or suspension or any imposition of penalty made by the Board under section 12 may, within 30 days after the order has been communicated to him, appeal to the High Court whose decision shall be final.
