Powers to Review
The Commissioner may, on appeal under section 95(5) of the Act by an auxiliary police officer against any finding or disciplinary punishment or both under these Regulations —
(a)
confirm, vary or reverse the decision of the disciplinary officer or order a re-hearing of the disciplinary proceedings; and (b)confirm the punishment, or if he is of the view that the punishment is inadequate or excessive, substitute the punishment with any other punishment authorised under these Regulations.
